We offer quality affordable childcare to children ages 6 weeks to 11 years old to enhance skills in their social, emotional, physical and cognitive developmental areas. The agency understands that providing a nurturing learning environment and nutritious meals to young children can enhance their learning capabilities. Our CDA certified teachers are dedicated to providing children with age appropriate activities and materials. The staff attends required workshops and trainings to ensure that they remain knowledgeable about all aspects of the child development profession.

Early Head Start –

This partnership with the city of San Antonio, provides a high quality developmentally appropriate continuum of care and social services to infants and toddlers that are directly aligned with school readiness practices and skill attainment.

The program serves children six weeks to 35 months of age and provides education, health, nutrition, and other needed support services.

Early Head Start is a federally funded program serving infants and toddlers under the age of 3, and pregnant women.

Early Head Start provides early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive child development and family support services to low-income pregnant women, infants, toddlers, and their families. Check back soon for more updates.

What are the hours of operation?

Monday thru Friday, 6:30 am – 6:00 pm

What ages do you accept?

6 weeks to 11 years old.

Do you offer parenting classes?

Yes, every other Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Must attend 4 consecutive classes to receive Certificate of Completion.
New classes to begin 7/25/2015

What do I need to bring to complete enrollment?

You will need to provide the following information to apply for our Childcare/Early Childhood Program:

  1. Verification of all income (afdc, food stamps, ssi, child support)
  2. Verification of residency (drivers license, bill, government program)
  3. Verification of government assistance (medicaid)
  4. Proof of school enrollment (vo-tech, alamo community college, etc.)
  5. Immunization record (up to date)
  6. Physical
  7. Birth certificate
  8. Social security number

Items Necessary on First Day of Attendance

  • Payment for 1st two weeks (money order only)
  • Wipes 80 count or more
  • Box of Tissue
  • Change of Clothing
  • 5 pampers/pull-ups (if applicable)

Things to Remember

  • Cut off time for breakfast is 8:00 am
  • No outside food allowed in classroom
  • Cut off time for daily attendance is 9:00 am
  • Cut off time for daily pick up without late fee assessed is 6:00 pm
  • PAYMENT DUE BEFORE SERVICES ARE RENDERED
  • Late fee assessed if balance is unpaid by the last day of each month

Individuals may qualify for a reduced fee.

What are the costs?

Based on a sliding fee scale.

$30 – you will need to fill out the application form and provide the following information:
